Every mosaic is rendered at full size for the print you choose, made to order by a professional photo lab and then shipped. That takes usually 5–12 working days, depending on product and country. Parcels are also slower in December, so we use one date with some room in it: 5 December.

What if I've missed the cut-off?

The digital file is emailed a few minutes after you order, and a gift card is emailed instantly. Both work right up to Christmas Eve.

Can I print the digital file myself?

Yes. The file is 300 DPI at the size you choose, so any print shop or online photo lab can print it at that size or smaller.

Yes, prints can be ordered all year. Every print includes the high-res digital file, which is emailed while the print is being made.

Christmas 2026: when to order your photo mosaic

Order prints by 5 December for delivery before Christmas Eve. The digital file and gift cards arrive by email, so those work right up to the 24th.

If you can, don't leave it to the last day: gallery frames take the longest to make and ship.

Working back from the date

The slow part is usually gathering the photos, not ordering. Any number of photos works: the preview asks for 30, we recommend 100+ for the richest result, and you can add up to 300. If you need pictures from siblings or friends, ask this week rather than the week of 5 December.

The preview is free: you see the finished mosaic before you pay and can change photos and try again until it looks right. Then you pick a material and size, and the print is made for you.

After the print cut-off: three gifts that still arrive in time

After 5 December a print may not arrive by Christmas Eve. These three still work, even on the 24th itself.

1. The digital file, in minutes

Make the mosaic from your photos; the download link is emailed a few minutes after you order. Files start at €9.95. The file is 300 DPI at the size you choose, so a local print shop or an online photo lab can print it at that size or smaller. You can also show it on a tablet or give it as a file.

2. A gift card, instantly

If you don't have their photos, a gift card is the simplest route: €19.95 to €199, emailed instantly, valid for 3 years, good for downloads and prints. The email links to a printable card you can put under the tree, and they choose their own photos later.

3. Give it now, print it later

A print doesn't have to be there on the 24th. Give the file or the gift card at Christmas and order the print together in the new year, from €39, when there's time to choose the material and size properly.
