Grandparents own everything they need and treasure one category of thing: evidence of the family. A photo mosaic holds more of it than any object can — hundreds of photos in one portrait they will study for hours, then hang where every visitor sees it.
You do not need to be organised. The family group chat already holds a year of photos; your own camera roll almost certainly has enough. 100+ photos is the sweet spot, and old prints can be photographed with a phone in daylight.

Your mosaic, produced as museum-grade wall art and delivered to your door.
This is the big picture — the image your mosaic will look like from a distance. In the next step, you'll add smaller photos that become the tiles.

These photos become the tiny tiles that make up your mosaic. Upload up to 300 photos — 100+ recommended, the more the better — family moments, holidays, celebrations. The more photos you add, the more detailed your mosaic becomes.

A photo mosaic of the grandchildren — their portrait, or the grandkids', built from hundreds of family photos. It's the one category grandparents never have enough of: evidence of the family. The preview is free, so you see every tile before paying anything.
Yes. The main photo is the only one that has to be of them; the tiles can be anyone in the family — grandchildren, holidays, the dog. 100+ tile photos is the sweet spot, and the family group chat usually holds that many already. Fewer works too; the tiles simply repeat.
Prints ordered by the cutoff date shown at the top of this page arrive before the 24th — production and shipping take usually 5–12 working days, depending on product and country. The digital file arrives within minutes at any time, so even on the 23rd you can gift it on a phone or print it at a local shop.
Yes — share the project's collaboration link and siblings, cousins and grandkids upload their own photos from their phones, no accounts needed. The finished mosaic holds every branch's memories, and one digital file prints an identical copy for every household.
A photo mosaic is an image made up of many smaller photos (tiles). When you step back, the tiles form a larger picture. Each tile is one of your own photos, making it deeply personal.
Yes. We place every tile at full strength with true colour-matching, so your photos stay sharp and recognisable up close — a real photo mosaic, not a tinted overlay like most mosaic apps. Zoom right into the free preview and see the individual photos before you buy.
Yes. Fine-art paper from €39, canvas from €79, aluminium Dibond from €109, acrylic glass from €199 and gallery frames from €315, in sizes from 30 × 40 up to 120 × 90 cm. Prints are made by a professional photo lab and shipped to 30+ countries, and every print includes the digital file.
You can create a mosaic from as little as one photo. The more photos you add the more detailed the result — around 50 is a great target, and you can upload up to 300 photos per mosaic.
A print-ready JPG at 300 DPI for the print size you choose — for example 4,724 × 3,543 pixels for 40 × 30 cm or 7,087 × 7,087 pixels for 60 × 60 cm. Standard is €9.95; High-res (€29.95) and Ultra (€49.95) render the same mosaic about 1.5× and 2× larger. The download link is emailed as soon as the file is rendered.
The preview is free. Digital files cost €9.95, €29.95 or €49.95 depending on resolution. Prints start at €39 for a 40 × 30 cm fine-art paper print and €79 for canvas, and every print includes the digital file.
Yes. The file is 300 DPI at the size you chose, so any local print shop or online photo lab can print it at that size or smaller.
Yes. Building and previewing your mosaic is free, with no account and no email needed, and you can zoom into every tile. You only pay if you download the file or order a print.
