Artiq ("we", "our") operates the Artiq Room Preview Shopify app. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.
When you install the Artiq app, we access your Shopify store's product data (titles, images, variants, and metafields) solely to display artwork in room mockup previews on your product pages.
We do not collect personal data from your customers. The room preview runs entirely within your Shopify store — no customer data is sent to our servers.
Product data is used only to render the room preview on your product pages. We do not sell, share, or use your data for advertising or any other purpose.
We may store a Shopify access token for your store to enable app functionality. This token is stored securely and is used only to read and write product metafields (artwork dimensions) when you configure products in the app.
We do not share your data with any third parties.
When you uninstall the Artiq app, your access token is deleted. Product metafields created by the app remain on your products — you can remove them manually in Shopify admin if desired.
